This open my eyes to so much of what I'm going through. For witch I had no name I just figured I'd hit a self low after the loss of my Grandma and Nephew. If this is what it takes I'm all for it. This exercise lifted so much off of me with just awareness.
Response from WiseyJun 5, 2025
Dear Lee! Thank you so much for sharing this with us. We're truly sorry for your loss—grieving can deeply affect how we feel and function, and it takes strength to keep moving forward. We're incredibly touched to hear that the exercise helped bring you clarity and a sense of relief. Sometimes, just having a name for what we're experiencing can make all the difference. Please know that you’re not alone—Wisey is here to support you every step of the way!
