This was only the first lesson, but it was far too generalized. It was not personalized to me in anyway, and when paying for subscription to something like this, that’s the expectation. Hopefully that becomes part of the lessons.
Response from WiseyJul 6, 2025
Dear Gary! Thank you for your honest feedback. We understand your concerns and truly appreciate you sharing them. Personalization is a key priority for us, and while the first lesson offers a general foundation, the program is designed to become more tailored as you progress. That said, your expectation is absolutely valid, and we’ll continue working to make the experience feel more personalized from the very beginning. If you have any specific goals or preferences, feel free to share at [email protected] — we're here to support you every step of the way!

Easy step by step. Good summary but had this knowledge already.

I've watched 1 video and you ask twice how you are doing. Its as pointless and irritating as unwanted ad breaks in Prime or youtube
Response from WiseyJul 5, 2025

Unrequested ongoing subscription charged. I purchased a 1 time ebook for information and assistance, at $19.99 USD. That I accept. At no time did I request an ongoing subscription. I have just been charged $59.99 USD on my Paypal account for that ongoing subscription. I have told them now that I had no desire to subscribe to anything ongoing and no knowledge that I had. I am someone who reads the screen very carefully. I have requested a refund, I will update this post if I get my refund. I do not recommend this company, there info may be somewhat valuable ( though not worth that $59.99USD ) And I have not even received any updated material. . but their sales design is sneaky. Edit ... OK so I see a prompt refund in PayPal but still waiting for $$ in the bank, thank goodness as I am a pensioner. Edit ... 1 star to 3 Stars. OK so 5 days later the money has been returned to my bank. Thank you Wisey and thank you Trustpilot

Nothing engaging or useful yet. And I didn't want this add on! I clicked the wrong thing and it added automatically without further prompts.
