The customer service was amazing! They went above and beyond to correct the mistake I made (that I didn't know I had made...) and refunded 1 of the 2 charges to my account, as I'm Disabled and on SSI which means I live on $940/month which means every single penny counts! They also cancelled my subscription at my request, but if I do need such a service in the future, this will be the first 1 I would try! Great, friendly & understanding customer service representatives (which I got from this company), that cared about my situation and how to resolve it!
