This was the beginning of my wise trial. The first video was short and stimulating to hold my attention but I still checked my notifications once during it. Hopefully in time I'll be able to watch an entire 2 minute video without losing focus!
Response from WiseyAug 30, 2025
Dear Cheryl! Thanks for reaching out. We’re glad to hear the first video was engaging enough to hold your attention, even if distractions crept in—that’s completely normal at the beginning. Building focus is a gradual process, and even completing a short video is a meaningful step forward. We’re excited to support you on this journey and celebrate each bit of progress you make along the way!

Andy listened and understood my situation. He did not judge, instead, he affirmed that following my psychiatrist’s advice was correct: Due to my experience, for those who are able to use your app, I would still recommend it. Thank you for being kind and knowing the struggles of treating ADHD.
Response from WiseyAug 30, 2025
Dear Tiamet! Thank you so much for sharing your thoughtful feedback. We’re truly glad to hear that Andy took the time to listen, support you, and affirm the importance of following your psychiatrist’s advice. It means a lot to know that, despite your personal circumstances, you would still recommend our app to others who may benefit from it. We wish you continued strength on your journey, and please know we’re always here at [email protected] if you need support. Enjoy your day!
