Good: the actual content isn't too bad, because I do want to know why I make the excuses that I do, even though I'm aware that I'm making them. I wanted to figure out how much I actually procrastinate or just don't have clear direction. I think the content has been helpful and I'm motivated to learn. Bad: customer service is AI, I believe. When signing up, it charged me a second payment for an ebook that I never intended to buy or opened. Had to request refunded through paypal. Luckily it was refunded. I'm happy to pay the monthly sub for the content, but the extra addon was a bit sneaky. And the customer service reps would send long emails back and it didn't feel very human....
