I just signed up for wisey-ADHD (Feb 22, 2025) and it looks like there is a lot of great content that could be very useful. I watched the first video and quickly realized that the speaker in the video talks so quickly that I don't grasp everything he's saying. There really needs to be a button to rewind or fast forward 10-15 seconds!! The pause and slideshow buttons are too small to be useful and if I can't grasp a lot of the content, then I'm probably going to cancel. Also, please understand that with ADHD, since forgetfulness and focus are huge challenges, retaining the information is difficult. It'd be extremely helpful if there were summaries of each video in written form and a file of these summaries so that you could access the information to review and study the concepts of each video.
Response from WiseyFeb 22, 2025
Dear Suzanne! Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback! We appreciate your insights, especially regarding the pace of the videos and the challenges of retaining information with ADHD. Your suggestion for written summaries is particularly valuable, and we’ll share this with our team for consideration. Regarding the video controls, we’re sorry they feel too small to use comfortably. Your feedback will help us refine the user experience to make learning more accessible and effective. If there’s anything we can do in the meantime to make the content more manageable for you, such as providing guidance on note-taking strategies or alternative ways to engage with the material, please let us know at [email protected]. We truly want Wisey to be a resource that works for you!
