Seems like good awareness info. But for me, "leave your body outside the door" is not helpful advice. I am a very physical person, and I need to integrate my body into what I'm doing to make it work. Then, in "Fake it til you make it", the advice is to imagine what position your body would be in if you were able to focus.For me, that involves attending to how that would feel. In my body. Also, love the art, but so far, all the people are Euro/white.
