Had a billing mix-up and honestly expected the usual ‘read the fine print’ attitude. Their support answered way faster than I thought and walked me through it without being rude or robotic. They handled a very strange and akward situation very well. Someone made an account for me and I lost a big amount of money. But it was solved very quick and completely to my satisfaction. I recommend this business. Even if I didn't had the pleasure to undergo their product. Maybe I would now. ;-)
