The content blows. I couldn’t even log onto the website to access the courses. I contacted customer service and they sent me a form reply that basically told me to look in my spam folder. Oh, and the company is registered in Cyprus. Super sketchy. Instigate a chargeback through your credit card company.

This company preys on the people they are supposed to be helping. They suck you in with a quiz that is supposed to produce a tailored course and it is not tailored. They also use a deceitful way to get you to sign up for the extra ebooks option. I paid CA$74 for a program that has not provided me with any new information. They do not make it clear that you are being charged in US$. I requested a refund as soon I realized that content was not what had been advertised and they are refusing to refund me. They go by two names: wisey-ADHD and wisey app Update: they said I would be refunded within 14 days after I told them I left a review here.

* I wish I had checked reviews first. * This is clearly a scam to trick people out of money. * The program is not tailored to you at all. I signed up to the trial for $19.99. Upon seeing that the ‘personalised plan’ was actually just a bunch of information and nothing actually specifically made for me at all I decided to cancel. At this point when looking at my subscription I could see that I was signed up to pay $59.99 in a rolling subscription. Knowing I would forget to cancel prior to that date I canceled it. I also felt at this point the whole thing was just good marketing and trick tactics to get locked into a subscription you don’t want and then they make it hard to cancel. Then I came and read these reviews. If you are like me and have already signed up I suggest going directly to your PayPal - you will find that despite canceling on the wisey website you are actually still actively subscribed via PayPal (another loophole to trick you?) I have emailed wisey, and I have also taken the matter to PayPal to get a refund for the trial I have paid for but am unable to access. Good luck. ** Edit - I have been issued with a refund and their reply was quick and easy. Appreciate the prompt customer service.

There needs to be a class action suits brought on to this company . They have so many dingy business practices Edited: I was initially informed that there was a no-refund policy. However, after mentioning that I intended to write a review, I received an email stating that I would get a full refund within 14 days. The main points of my complaint are as follows: 1. I requested a cancellation and refund just an hour after the monthly subscription was made. I discovered that my son had subscribed for their daily lessons and books. 2. The first issue is that while there is a cancellation button for the lessons, pressing it results in the immediate loss of access even though you are still charged for the entire month. 3. The second issue is that for the books, there is no simple cancellation button. You have to contact them directly to request a cancellation. 4. I reached out to ask for a full refund and cancellation but was initially told that while cancellation was possible, no refunds would be given. Despite politely explaining my situation, I was repeatedly informed of their no-refund policy. Only after I warned them that I planned to write a review did they agree to a full refund. 5. I will wait and see if the refund actually comes through.

RIP OFF!!! Same exact experience as everyone else. Did the trial, then paid 39.99. The charge was pending for 99.99 yesterday for 3 months. Contacted them immediately. They canceled my 3 month ‘subscription’ and refunded NOTHING!!! Scam scam scam. DON’T do it! And save us the auto generated responses. Wish there was a ZERO star 🤬

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM IF YOU HAVE ADHD AND TEND TO FORGET ABOUT SUBSCRIPTIONS! Do not challenge yourself to remember to cancel this time. Just do not do it unless you really like the platform and want to pursue it. THEY DO NOT REFUND YOU! I saw that they had charged me after my trial subscription had ended. I contacted them on the day that the charge went through. They then "sweetly" informed me that in their policies all purchases are non-refundable. What non-sense. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, try somewhere else. It feels like they are targeting the ADHD community. BARF!

Charged for an ebook that costs 17.99 in addition to a 19.99 trail for a month. I agreed to the 20 dollar charge but I DID NOT buy an ebook. When I contacted customer service thinking it had just been a mistake and just asking for the ebook charge to be refunded. I was told it was impossible for it to be a mistake and that there is nothing they can do. Canceled that crap asap and I will be filing a charge back with my bank for the 17.99. What a scam!! How dare they pick on people seeking help! This money has affected my food budget and I’m debating what meals I have to give up to make sure all my bills get paid on time. This so has made my life so much worse.

Do not sign up for anything with these people!!!!! I am trying to cancel my subscription to an e-book offer and the link to the wisey support app does not work. I do not want to pay another 45$! I tried to contact the parent company but there is no way to reach them. Obviously there is no telephone number anywhere.
