Some helpful information but as I had ADHD since I was in 1st grade I didnt get psychological & psychiatric help until 2005. Still, that's 20 years of dealing with this with medications, CBT & DBT, etc. There's not much new here as of yet, however, I am hopeful and will continue to plug away at this
