They're supposed to tell you which type of ADHD you supposedly have. They don't. After purchasing, they take you through a bunch of questions, like will you actually use this... Etc, but one is, do you want more? Clicking yes means they just charged you again, without your consent. I emailed them immediately, asking for the add on portion of $18 to be refunded while keeping the main subscription I wanted, and they just cancelled my entire subscription, have not refunded me, and haven't sent another response. Their videos seem like they're trying to get your mind to fall asleep just to prove to you that you have ADD and their advice is to strengthen your mind by counting the number of words in books and doing eye rolling exercises. Complete waste.

The Wisey app is a waste of money and a SCAM if you ask me. I found it to be total crap and not helpful. I signed up for 1 month and then they started billing after 30 days for $65/month which is a total joke. I tried getting a refund immediately when I was alerted from the email, but they would not refund.

I took the quizz and as soon as it "made a plan" for me and started looking like temu I ran the other way. Price appeared to be something like 80 cents a day but then you read the fine print and realize you are being set up to forget about this and then be charged massive fees. It's a quarter the price of a therapist or medication but likely delivers 0% of the benifit. I also have suspicions the "customized" experience you get isn't nearly as personalized as you are led to believe. Don't fall for this one. It is clear the incentive is to make money, not provide a product of any value to the consumer.

THIS IS A SCAM. Please do not buy! I purchased the subscription and workbook and was never added to my account that I verified through email. Contacted so many times and they delayed response only to say that our services are non refundable! Please be aware and don’t purchase!

I came across an add for their ADHD services and intrigued I filled out the survey questions. They then presented me with a spinning roulette wheel to claim a discount, a 9 minute timer before some "special offer" runs out, and pricing /day to look cheap rather than / months. They felt like the total opposite of people that care about and can help with ADHD. Feeling curious I refilled out the survey answering as a neurotypical would and it still told me I have very high levels of ADHD. Don't use such dishonest and malicious people to help with mental health.

I was thankfully sceptical about signing up, and when I read the small print and the reviews, I was glad I decided not to proceed. I’ve been caught out once before - you sign up but don’t notice the small print charging you a lot of money and then it becomes very very difficult to cancel. In this case”to avoid any disruption, you agree that the 1-month subscription trial plan for $19.99 you selected will automatically be extended at the full price for successive renewal periods and you will be charged $59.99 every month. You can cancel your subscription by contacting our customer support team by email …. To be honest I would not subscribe!

Their quiz is almost identical to "Today is the Day" app. Only the words changed from procrastination and dopamine addiction to ADHD. Those with ADHD have usually read all sorts of productivity books, used many systems, kept ‘to do" black hole lists, tried many productivity, reminder, and habit apps. If they worked, we wouldn’t have ADHD, would we! One red flag reviewer below said Wisey has improved his/her daily routine. ADHDers don’t have daily routines, that requires planning, which we lack. CBT is not a good idea for us as we already overthink. Many in ADHD groups and forums complain it failed them. The psychologists behind this may have had a good idea, but all the complaints here show it’s badly implemented and designed to make them money with little individual help when people are overcharged or the app fails to work. As someone else reported, my score was 19.45, the same as everyone else. This reeks of a scam so I won’t be doing it. What a waste of a good opportunity to help people who’ve usually had a lifetime of being told how useless, lazy, incompetent, scattered, they are, unable to complete education or keep a job, relationships ruined, and now being scammed by people claiming to help.

Really a big scam. Once you subscribe cancelling is not easy. Pricing is Not transparent at all, borders on a scam and charge you for various ebooks that you dont know you are actually paying for as a separate subscription. Stay away and use other apps that are more transparent.
