Communication is good and bad. While everyone was very respectful and nice, I went back and read out communication and thought it to be a bit deceitful. I do appreciate your patience.

ADHD people have certain things in common, but most have their own symptoms and problems. I thought I could fit doing the lessons into my day more easily than I found it actually was. That is a problem with me and not this program. I could benefit from the program, but my time organization and my motivation are not good. I can revisit it when I am more ready.
