Purchasing mailing lists is inexpensive…
Purchasing mailing lists is inexpensive and easy using the map drawing tools. Creating a postcard is a little more difficult because state license laws for real estate require things that the standard template does not have so I have to use the Advanced Editor option. The Advanced Editor option is glitchy and can freeze causing unsaved changes to be lost. I have to save numerous times as I make changes so if it freezes or screen goes white, I will not have lost everything. I use the Advanced Editor on a MacBook/Safari.

Thanks for the review! Sorry about the issues you've had using the advanced editor to edit postcards. We may also have templates that meet your state requirements for direct mail. Please always feel free to ask our live chat about any specific template needs you have. They may also be able to add elements to a postcard you're working on.
