$1,000 cancellation fee. I never received a copy of the card I mailed out. Deciding the company wasn't a good fit, I tried to cancel online, but it didn't go through, so they charged me for a second month. That part might have been on me. But I also never received a card the second time, either. I called to officially cancel, and they charged me a $1,000 cancellation fee —typically if you are charged for early termination, you would still get flyers sent out for the next 2 month. Not with this company. Buyer Beware

Terrible service. They took my $50 and I have never been able to connect. They dont answer their phones and their customer service is the absolite worst.

My postcards were never sent. The company said they were mailed April 1st. It was for my neighborhood so I know it was never delivered. Asked neighbors, etc. Websites live chat, email and phone numbers are all down but you can still make an order. Total scam. I want a refund but cant reach anyone.

I had a very disappointing experience with Wise Pelican, primarily due to poor customer service and a lack of accountability. After placing an order, I contacted them to stop it from going out. Despite my request, they proceeded anyway and charged me in full. Communication was slow and unhelpful, and my concerns about canceling or resolving the issue were not handled promptly or professionally. To make matters worse, there was no meaningful effort to correct the situation—only an offer of a discount on a future order, which is not a solution when the current order was mishandled. As a real estate professional who relies on timing and accuracy in marketing, I find this level of service unacceptable. I cannot recommend Wise Pelican based on my experience and would advise others to proceed with caution.

STAY AWAY! I ordered postcards with a QR code where home owners can request a free home valuation and the code does not work! The person is prompted to enter an email address for the home valuation to be sent to them and it is never sent. WASTE OF MONEY AND BAD FOR MY BUSINESS!! No response from the support chat and no working contact number for customer service.

In 2023 I hired Wise Pelican to do a series of mailers for me throughout the year. They required a 1 year commitment which I agreed to. I paid them $3234 to purchase enough credits to complete the mailing compaign for that year. I completed the last mailing in December of 2023. The mailers did not give me the desired target results and I have not done any mailings or purchased and products or services from Wise Pelican since 2023. Last Week I noticed a charge when I was scrolling through my online bank summary. The charge was from Wise Pelican on January 10, 2026. The charge was for $3234. After further research I discovered the same charge from Wise Pelican on January 10, 2025 and 2024. At no time did they send me any notice of these so called "renewal charges". They never sent me a receipt after they charged my card. They did not give me any kind of notice and they did not receive any authorization from me for these charges. I immediately contacted Wise Pelican and requested a refund for these charges totaling $9702. They "Escalated" my request before telling me that they will not be returning my money. I pointed out to them that they are clearly in violation of both Arizona and California online consumer protection laws but they do not seem to care. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the Arizona Attorney Generals office.

Scam contract in order to have the right to order. Will auto renew you and charge thousands for nothing when you cancel. Their prices aren’t even that good. Just use quantum digital

They committed fraud and started charging me $99 a mont for nothing. I never agreed to this service. They give no options to take this off yourself- You have to call in repeatedly. Terrible company- I would advise to stay away from them or they will add on charges and not tell you about them.
