Great experience. Only critique is I'd like to get confirmation when the mailers actually make it to the properties.

Purchasing mailing lists is inexpensive and easy using the map drawing tools. Creating a postcard is a little more difficult because state license laws for real estate require things that the standard template does not have so I have to use the Advanced Editor option. The Advanced Editor option is glitchy and can freeze causing unsaved changes to be lost. I have to save numerous times as I make changes so if it freezes or screen goes white, I will not have lost everything. I use the Advanced Editor on a MacBook/Safari.

Standard mailing should reasonably be done a bit more quickly. Other than that, the service and quality is excellent.

Fast and efficient ordering process. I would give it a five if they have the option to purchase and print it ourselves.

I use Wise Pelican on occasion only and they do a great job. The item that bothers me most is that unless I subscribe to a monthly plan, they will not allow me to correct undeliverable addresses in a contact list! Ridiculous rule! I am a Realtor and have full access to public records. This allows me to make corrections that I may need. But Wise Pelican will not tell me which addresses are undeliverable and cause me to pay for post cards each time and then will issue a credit for those that they deem undeliverable! It is not a lot of money but it is still my marketing money! Having said all that, they do a great job with the mailings I do use. I just do not wish to subscribe to a costly monthly service with this company,

The postcard feature could work better.

I've used Wise pelican many times and it serves it purpose great. Although, I wish they would update and add some more choices for postcards. Customer service is fantastic.
