I received my order, and it was a gift for someone who lives in my household. They are the ones that intercepted the FedEx delivery. You guys REALLY need to ship in boxes OTHER than the ones that say Wisconsin Cheeseman! Now I need a new gift because they know what they're getting! I really should send all this back to you and start over!

Ordered from their catalog o December 6. It said order by the 13th for guaranteed shipping by Christmas. Received 2 items of 5 on the 9th.When received, note said items could arrive separately. Waited until the 21st, called and inquired about the rest of the order and asked where it was. Was told that they must have screwed up filling the order. Told them to keep the rest of the stuff and adjust my bill. They said they will. Incompetent and bad business, I’ll NEVER order from them again! Anyone thinking about ordering from them I’d avoid it. Please don’t be let down.

I placed a dozen orders for my team on December 7. Apparently half of them went through, but my card was declined on the others. Instead of calling me to let me know, this company sent me letters, which were postmarked December 13 and arrived at my house on December 19 or 21 (not sure, but who cares at this point)? The letters did not indicate that my card was declined, but rather that I had been turned down for their credit program. When I called, I was told that I would have to pay for the expedited shipping cost, which I declined to do because if they had called me we could have straightened this out in time. Really poor service - will never order here again.

This company cannot cannot get an address correct if their life depended on it! I spelled out the address to them and they repeated it back but it was input incorrectly. First they put CR (Creek) instead of Circle. Then they got the apartment wrong. They left out the Building letter. They said it was corrected and I found out they made a new mistake. Then they said they couldn't fix it because it was already shipped to Fed Ex. FedEx said they had not received the package. I had to make numerous phone calls and emails to try and get the order right. After 2 weeks, the package still hasn't been delivered. I will never order from them again. TOTAL aggravation and frustration!!!

Horrible company, had to call customer service and after they took my info (credit card # and SS#) they then hung up on me and STOLE MY IDENTITY AND MADE A BUNCH OF FRADULANT PURCHASES ON MY CC! DO NOT EVER PURCHASE OR USE WISCONSIN CHEESEMAN YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

The product they send does not look like it did in the catalog that they charged outrageous prices for sample products it’s a huge rip off you are better off going and buys gift packs at Walmart they are better quality for your money at Walmart

I am actually not unhappy with my purchase. The only thing I’d say is the size of the cheese and sausage packages are smaller than expected. Other than that, I am pleased with the sets I bought and I bought close to $300 worth for gifts and for some Christmas snacking.

Terrible customer service, sent out delivery info via email they later stated was inaccurate, in effort to find my order and find out when it would be delivered, no tracking info, the supervisor was very rude, and when I told her that she said she considered that a “ compliment “ Will never order again from them.
