I ordered a selection of eight chesse spreads. There was a promo code for $10 off if your order was over $50. I entered the code which was accepted at online checkout. The next day when I got my order confirmation the $10 was not credited. I immediately telephoned but was told the order was in shipping and nothing could be done and I would need to contact Customer Service by email which I have done several times, I get slow responses and finally a response that they would try and get me a refund. It is now 2026 and that has not happened. I am not holding my breath!! Alex McLachlan

I ordered chocolate covered cherries in December. They were melted into a big gooey mess. My son tried to eat one and had to use a spoon. Not worth the effort or money. He threw them away. Will never order from them again

I liked most of my order. I did have a problem with the California mix (nuts and more). It tasted like grass and dirt. According to their guarantee, it is 100% satisfaction. When I contacted them concerning a return, I would have to pay to ship it back to them. This would cost me as much as I am paying for the product except the shipping I pay in the first place. My satisfaction is not guaranteed.

I placed orders as gifts for old fashioned candy. I had one ordered delivered to me for our family over Christmas. It should have been a great nostalgic treat. Nothing like we remembered from our childhood. The "pillow" candies used to have some filling. Not with this candy. I am sorry I sent as a gift to anyone. On the plus side, the candy is pretty but not what I remember from an old fashioned candy dish during the holidays a far as the texture. Note sure what we paid ... maybe about $10 for something that only fit into a tiny candy jar. I am embarrassed I sent as a gift. If I had only bought some for my house, I would not have even written this review.

I received my order, and it was a gift for someone who lives in my household. They are the ones that intercepted the FedEx delivery. You guys REALLY need to ship in boxes OTHER than the ones that say Wisconsin Cheeseman! Now I need a new gift because they know what they're getting! I really should send all this back to you and start over!

I wanted the item I ordered to be a surprise secret for my sister in law. I specified 4-5 times NOT to put a greeting card, or a name anywhere on the package, or in the package. I carefully explained to the person taking my order why it had it to be a surprise secret for my sister in law. Well, all that explain for nothing! The package arrived with MY HUSBANDS name on it. Nice going! My surprise was ruined. I was so disappointed. The surprise meant more to me then the item itself. Now reading reviews from other dis - satisfied customers. Hummmm….

I made my first order and when I checked the tracking it was on the truck and in route. When I checked a little while later they said there was a problem and it was being shipped back to the company. I called them and they couldn't tell me why it was being shipped back cause it had the correct address. And the products I ordered are out of stock. I might try them again
