Wisconsin CheesemanReviews of wisconsincheeseman.com

Real review! I placed my order with Wisconsin Cheeseman on 12/13/2020 and they didn't ship it. It was a Christmas gift for my 90 yr old father. And even though they had my email and my phone number, they didn't contact me to tell me until I received a letter from them that arrived the day AFTER Christmas telling me that the order didn't ship. Their claim was that Visa denied the charge. How odd that is since no other charges of mine have been declined...ever. Then, when I contacted customer service as soon as W.C. was open again after Christmas, I was told that the item was now out of stock. I was offered no suggestion for other items, no "we're sorries, here's a discount" for your trouble. Customer service offered nothing to me to seem customer friendly at all. I will never order from Wisconsin Cheeseman and will not recommend them to anyone.

If I could have given a zero I would have I ordered something to send to my mother to a different state for christmas I was told it was gonna get there yesterday and I called today they told me would be there today it's 11:00 p.m. she still has not received it. Now she got nothing from me for Christmas I will be demanding my money back weather she gets it or not. I ordered something else to come to my address and they delivered it to a neighbour who ate some of the product and then brought it to us. I wish I read the reviews before I wasted my time in my money stay away

I, made an order from this company on December 10, got pre-approval for credit ,was told everything was all set , was suppose to be delivered on December 23 to me and my daughter in Maine. I will not be seeing daughter due to the pandemic, so this was a Christmas gift. Well I called the company yesterday-December 22,20,to see on status of my order, was told I should have got a letter in the mail on December 12 that I had to pay eleven dollars, I never got letter, e-mail or call about this. I would have paid this and more on the initial date of order. I talk to several people at your company and they said now they could only guarantee December 30 delivery. Which is too late! It was suppose to be for Christmas for my daughter. Now yesterday-December 22, I get the letter in the mail. Why didn't the company email or call my phone number, or contact me earlier? My daughter was looking forward to getting this gift for Christmas. I am an honorable veteran and work at a Veterans hospital, and will let everyone know what bad experience I had. Thank you

Placed order on 12/2. Wanted expedited shipping. No option. Forgot to enter free gift on order. Contacted customer service about the issue. Basically they replied "Oh Well" Told them to charge me and ship order ASAP as it was a birthday Gift. They shipped it on the 9th. Got it on the 15th. The $200 order was just wrapped in plastic. Boxes were mangled. 2 items were destroyed. Did not contact customer service because "OH WELL" Order at Artisanal Cheese Center or IGourmet

Customer service is terrible. I ordered numerous holiday gifts for friends. Agent didn’t get delivery information right, excessive delivery charge, refrigerated items left at doors without ringing doorbell, and lack of care towards customer. A person orders things as a personal convenience and this company didn’t even come close. I don’t know how they stay in business but they’ll never get my business again.

I just tried to order 6 items. They were out of4 of them and had the gall to tell me they were going to charge we $12 to ship what we wanted and when I tried to haggle about the shipping she constantly interrupted me and before I could finish the b*tch hung up on me. I was going to order several things and she hung up! Great customer service people. I am going to spread my story far and wide. Screw you Wisconsin Cheeseman. You people are useless!!!!

ordered 2 gifts for Christmas presents, got the delivery and was short most of the items I purchased. After further inquiry I found out that the bulk nof my order was not vavailable, left me with no time to order gifts to bget delivered bwefore Christmas. I was never notified that the bulk of my order was not coming and on top of that I was charged the full price of shipping. Wont order from them again.

I placed an order on 11/20/2020, and on 12/11/2020 I have not received the order. The tracking shows that it is in North Salt Lake City, Utah. After calling about a week ago, I was assured it would be here by today. I called today and each time I called the answering machine took my name and order number and said there was heavy call volume, and hung up. There was no time to talk to a representaive. I will not order from them again.
