They shipped meat cheese and spreads without any ice over a week in transit. Will never use them again

Worst company EVER! DO NOT order from them! Payment is deliberately not taken correctly then they try to charge you a $3 service fee to speak to customer reps who hang up the phone on you when you question their tactics! Products they sell are terrible along with their customer service! I am reporting them to the BBB I suggest you do to if you didn't get decent service!

Worst company EVER!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Both my orders for my daughters for easter were ruined from the heat. This company DOES NOT USE COOLING METHODS FOR DELIVERY. THEN THEY REFUSE TO CREDIT ME FOR ANYTHING AND SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS. HORRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received the shipment with 3 cheeses and 3 sausages on Wednesday, July 1. The shipment arrived late in the day and was transported by a non refrigerated truck. They sat the box on my front porch on a 95 degree day. I picked it up within the hour but the cheeses were soupy. I refrigerated them but now they have a gel around them and taste terrible. Can't imagine that they did not take into account the heat in Texas. The sausage is good but the cheeses were ruined.

I had to dispose it..the cheese was melted to the point that you could see oil..Salmonella & ecoli.& bacteria may have been present & the sausage were WARM..I WILL ONLY ORDER DURING COLD MONTHS TO MAINTAIN THEIR QUALITY....DONT ORDER DURING SUMMERTIME..

Make that MINUS 5 stars! They claim to have sent my orders to the wrong address, over 1200 miles from the house where I have lived for 26 years. Even though I have notified them of my correct address through numerous texts, emails, phone calls, and letters, they are still sending bills to the wrong address. I had ordered Christmas gifts and items to take to holiday get-togethers. I am handicapped, and had to rush out and spend money to replace the orders not received. Now they are threatening to ruin my credit if I don't pay for items not received. Terrible customer service.

I made a payment to them, the denied receiving although I checked with my bank and it was posted May 26th. So, the money went somewhere. Called customer service and billing three times. They hung up on me the third call. Now I have to dispute this with my bank. Buyer beware.

They do not even deserve 1 star! I ordered in November 2025 to insure it would be here by the needed date. My order rode around on the delivery truck for over 3 weeks! not only did it arrive late the cheese products were ruined. Melted and not edible. I contacted them right away, you cant call them because they either do not answer or you get a message that says all representatives are busy try your call again later. I have emailed them through their page and sent letters through US mail and still nothing and this has been going on for over 4 months! i am not paying for damaged products and i have told them that. i offered to pay for the candy/undamaged product. I followed procedure to file a dispute just like it states on the back of the statements they send and still nothing. Now they are reporting it as negative on my credit and turning it over to collections. Seriously? I have never missed a payment ever and have good credit. I will be disputing this on my report and am tired of dealing with them. stay away far away from this company. I am sure the few positive reviews are employees or paid reviewers. Wished i would have checked reviews before. Worst company ever.
