I honestly was very apprehensive about buying from this merchant. This business has 2 stars and hundreds of reviews! So why did I give them a shot? Well they seemed to reply to almost all the negative reviews telling them to email their customer service. I did more research and decided I'll try it. I bought replacement wiper blades for my 2013 Jeep and the process was very easy on their website. Once I purchased, the shipping was very fast. It got delivered in 4 days! The prices were very fair too. They provided specific installation instructions because they believe the instructions on the wiper blades are too vague, which they are, but I still needed to watch a few more Youtube videos to understand how to replace them. All in All, this was my only experience with them so far, so that's why my review is 5 stars. 5 stars for fast shipping, fair prices, easy installation, and seemingly good quality wiper blades. I hope my experience stays 5 stars when I purchase from them again.

Giving 1 star because I have to... I ordered from this company because of the “refund” policy because you never know if it will work for my car. Their refund policy: Returns If your wiper blades or products do not meet your expectations or do not fit your vehicle please contact us and we'll correct the issue as quickly as possible GUARANTEED! Knowing this I ordered. Received the blades and although they fit as far as the blades goes, the part that goes over my blades does not!!! Which changes the look of my car! They REFUSE to refund because I do not like how it looks without the cover..... period The owner now says he will only refund me if I purchase a brand nee pair from a BMW dealer, which he smugly says it will cost you a lot more money; send him the receipt and the blades back and then he issue a refund to me !!!! SERIOUSLY, what kind of business is this ?? Yes it’s as he says it’s “cosmetic” having the cap on it but it’s my car and I want it to look the way I bought it!! What a ASS!!! DON’T BUY FROM THEM !!! DO NOT BUY from here! They send wipers that do NOT fit and will not refund you. TERRIBLE customer service. I sent photos showing the wiper I received was not the correct wiper, went to AutoZone and they said it's not the correct wiper. They still would not refund me. I don't usually write reviews but these guys should not be in business. BUYER BEWARE!!

Ordered blades but need to return. Have sent numerous emails, left voicemails, have been trying to call…to no avail. Zero customer service

Wipers did not fit, tried calling to get help, no one available to answer questions, you are directed to leave a message. Nothing. Sent email. No response. Tried calling again and am awaiting a response. Also emailed again. Terrible customer service. Better hope what they send works, because if it doesn't, there is not much there in the way of support.

Had Wiper blades ordered last week and were supposed to come a number of days ago. the USPS tracking just says "in transit, will arrive late" I'd understand if it was a day late fine but a whole week late, that's unacceptable. When I contact WBUSA all they give you is some stupid 3 option path which all lead to you leaving them a message that they will not return. when I sent an email out, i got some generic response that they'll look into the matter and contact me back which (surprise surprise) they never did, and now if i want to cancel/return my order i must wait 30 days so I can get my money back. 100% will not order ANYTHING from there again. 100% do not recommended unless you take delight in being scammed and taken for a loop

I received blades for a 2019 Ford Transit 150. I followed the warning to go to the website for install info. The info was generic and after a half hour of trying to mount the blades, I discovered that "part C" which I was instructed to remove and discard is actually the piece that allows the blades to mount to the arm. Once I figured that out and got the blades on the arm, there seems to be some slop in the attachment, but I think thats the way they are designed. Not real confidence inspiring.

No Customer Service. Ordered a pair of windshield wiper blades. Received blades on November 3rd. I went to install driver side first to find the plastic attach, and locking piece was not attached. Looked at the other one and pressed it into place. Only to find the piece was defective, and wouldn’t lock on. The passenger went on no problem. Went in attempted to contact for a replacement. I have been calling every day since. Phone is answered by a recording stating all are busy leave information someone will get back to you. It is now the 12th and no response. I bought them because I needed them, so I have had to order from someone else. Now I am out the cost of the first set I have purchased from this company do to no customer service support. Be aware.
