WiperBladesUSA.com has the worst customer service. They sent a pair for a new model vehicle that is clearly the wrong size. I emailed and left a voicemail, which is what they requested because they do not answer the phone. Crickets. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Adam we want to apologize for anything short of stellar customer service. WiperBladesUSA was going through a transition during this period and we did drop the ball on follow up. We have rebuilt our service team and management and we are more than ever at your service should you chose to trust us with the responsibility of providing the wiper blades for your vehicles. -WiperBladesUSA

I ordered from Wiper Blades as they had an amazing line of wipers. I’m tired of buying junk around town. To my disappointment when my package arrived the box had been damaged and it looked like UPS had chewed on it. I had one missing wiper and one still in the box. UPS takes pictures on doorsteps and I had taken pictures too. I had called wiper blades and did not get ahold of anyone. I left a message as they say “we will get back to you within 24 hours.” We all know how this goes. By the morning when I woke up a customer service rep emailed me and asked for pics so they could file a claim and get me a replacement. Within the time of my email they had already shipped me a new one. Amazing customer service, great company and needless to say I will be back when I need more wipers. Thank you!!!!

During the wiper instillation process I broke a needed part. I left a phone message asking if the broken part could be replaced. The next business day I received an email from an actual person asking for clarification of the part needed. After responding to the email the replacement part arrived in three days. A tracking number was even supplied. Well done and thank you!

Fatimah has not answered my question. I’m not sure if she is a real person. I was sent the wrong wiper blades I asked how to return the blades. She never answered my one question. Please post all responses and your customer service number. The answer to my question took 2days. The question was “ how do I return the wrong size”? It was asked no less than 3times. I can post the responses that never answered my question. Thought..Put it on your website. REFUNDS… Btw, if you have a recorded message during regular business hours I would recommend listening to it. I ordered and got in 24hours the correct ones on Amazon. Less expensive also. Your message. Thank you for your voicemail message. I understand that you’re needing assistance with installing the blades. No problem at all. Would you mind taking a picture of your wiper arm with the blade attached and sending it to me via email? We can give you the steps of how to install it. Ahh no, again I asked you to return. I have 5 others like this. Also I ordered from you because you sell only wiper blades and I assumed you were mechanically inclined with automotive products. I was mistaken. I paid more for that reason. Amazon was less and quicker plus free returns.

Claire, We have been working with you since you contacted us and yes we are real people here - a small USA business that seeks to offer fair prices on quality wiper blades with FREE shipping and installation support. You did not contact us at all for assistance and instead filed a chargeback with your provider which allows you to get a refund and keep our product which is not within our policies. Our website is simple to use and we are happy to help with returns once contacted as it states in our return process. I see in the correspondence that a return label is being sent to you now - once you communicated with us this was an easy fix so we are happy you worked with us and we were able to resolve your issue. Again we are real people here just trying to help customers with wiper blades. Thank you for answering our correspondence and your refund will be completed upon receipt of the returned product. We always reach out to offer technical assistance first as we are 99.7% accurate and happy to help with installation issues, we are sorry that was an inconvience to you. In checking your order was not for the vehicle you left a message about as you ordered for a C350 and stated in the message you have a CLK350 which is a proprietary arm that we do not support. Again your correspondance was not sent until after a chargeback was filed which limited our options to reply as was stated on other review sites. We are an eCommerce company and responded timely to your messages, your last reply to us was simply the NUMBER 1 as if responding to a computer. Again we are real people just trying to help and all we ask is that customers work with us to reach the resolution which I am glad you now have your return label so we can get this taken care of. Had this been sent to us on Thursday instead of a chargeback being filed incorrectly this issue would have been handled at that time. Your correspondence was answered within 24 business hours so our apologies again for any inconvenience as we do not operate 24-7. Thank you again for working with us to get a return label to you.
