The web based step-by-step instructions w/video are critical to use as wiper blades are safety equipment and need to be installed correctly. It is possible to install it wrong. The coupon does work if you enter the code in at the shopping cart page where it says "Discount Code Enter your coupon here:" You may return the blades for a full refund if they are unused as per our policies. You did not contact us at all for assistance and instead filed a chargeback with your provider which allows you to get a refund and keep our product which is not within our policies. Our website is simple to use and we are happy to help with returns once contacted as it states in our return process. I see in the correspondence that a return label is being sent to you now - once you communicated with us this was an easy fix so we are happy you worked with us and we were able to resolve your issue. In checking your order was not for the vehicle you left a message about as you ordered for a C350 and stated in the message you have a CLK350 which is a proprietary arm that we do not support. Again your correspondance was not sent until after a chargeback was filed which limited our options to reply as was stated on other review sites. We are an eCommerce company and responded timely to your messages, your last reply to us was simply the NUMBER 1 as if responding to a computer. Again we are real people just trying to help and all we ask is that customers work with us to reach the resolution which I am glad you now have your return label so we can get this taken care of. Had this been sent to us on Thursday instead of a chargeback being filed incorrectly this issue would have been handled at that time. Again apologies for your concern on your purchase with us, I know you are angry in regards to the interactions we have had and with the way your vehicle looks with the aftermarket blades you purchased from us. While we cannot change the look, I am glad that they do fit and work as we guarantee. In order to get the look you have been communicating with us about it would require a dealer blade from BMW which is why we offered simply to refund you so you could buy that equipment if that is the way you wanted to proceed. I apologize if you read it as 'smug' but it was simply a way to get you to the look you wanted, while advising you of the increased cost, and then again offering a full refund for your purchase which also clearly stated we would not require you to even return the blades you bought from us. We are here to help keep people safe with guaranteed fitment aftermarket wiper blades - and we do guarantee the fit and function of the product as part of our policy. We are trying to work with you on this and will continue to do so as long as you communicate with us, we are happy to help in any way we can along the way.

Hi Bradley, We strive to give great service and take care of every customer we interact with to get a 5 star review. I am sorry you had a negative reaction with our service however reviewing the notes as the conversation went on it was discovered that, per the manufacturer and review of the picture you sent, that the blade sent was correct but it had been broken either in shipping or during the install process. As we were helping you you, in caps, asked us to not contact you again so we abided by your request. We are ALWAYS here to help so please email us at [email protected] and we will work with management to see about possibly getting you some level of credit for your blade. That being said we typically receive RAVING reviews on our service, it is not easy to walk customers through installation issues but as long as the customer works with us we have a very high success rate or we authorize a return. You ordered on: 4/1/2021 Order shipped on: 4/2/2021 Order delivered on: 4/9/2021 Shipped out from Oregon to Texas via USPS (9400111108296591271735). Shipping time 6 days...Considering COVID-19 that is not bad. But to improve our delivery times we are opening a new distribution warehouse for the East Coast on 8/1/2021.
