First time purchasing from here. The entire process from ordering to receiving was pretty easy and speedy. When I reached out by email you responded within an appropriate time and were very helpful! Thank you so much! I would definitely order from you again!

What made this experience so great was the customer service I received. Although I purchased the set of wiper blades back in December, I got around to installing them on my vehicle just a few weeks ago. All was going great until I opened the package for the driver-side blade. I quickly noticed that one end of the blade assembly did not have an end piece keeping the solid edge on the blade arm. I then reached out to the company to explain my dilemma, and after a few emails back and forth, to my surprise, I was sent a replacement blade for the driver's side, and everything was intact. I will be doing business with this company again and telling friends, family, and coworkers of the great job this company has done for me!

I was very pleased with the navigation of the website making it so easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The Trico/Wiper-Blades that I bought for my 2002 Ford Explorer-Sport are of top superior quality. Thanks!

Absolutely outstanding customer service. Had a minor issue with one of the plastic attachments, and Fatimah was extremely helpful and timely in his responses and ensured I received the correct part.

My goodness! The timeliness and ease of ordering, communicating, and installing wiper blades from WiperBladesUSA was amazing! Upon ordering, they emailed me a PDF with clear installation instructions. I had a question about the adapter for my wipers and within minutes, they emailed a response with details.

Everything was pretty straight forward until it got the point to remove the C Shim. Did not go as easy as they described in the video. After getting everything setup the wipers would not clip into my 2016 Tundra after multiple tries. I end up using the BC adapters from my old wipers and they locked right in. Did a test try and them seem to do a good job. IF I order again will depend on the durability.
