Hi Gail, I'm so sorry you didn't enjoy our products. We totally understand that an ice cream alternative with no sugar and no dairy may not appeal to everyone. That being said, we stand behind what we do. What was your order number? I'd love to make this right for you.

I'm so sorry you didn't enjoy our product Carolina. We know we're not for everyone, but truly appreciate people willing to give our products a try. That being said, we stand behind what we do. Could you please either respond in the "Find Reviewer" tool or email us directly at [email protected] with information regarding the flavor purchased, the location you visited, and where we may send a refund check? Thank you, and again, I apologise that we didn't meet your expectations.

Hi Debi, Thank you for providing this. Again, we totally understand that a sugarless, dairy-free ice cream alternative is not going to be to everyone's taste, and honestly do appreciate you giving us a try. That being said, we stand behind our products and our service. I've refunded your order as per our satisfaction guarantee policy.
