While the bed arrived in just a week, the delivery through UPS was late (2 days) and not delivered to our door but to a package room half a block away with the box badly damaged. Fortunately, the bed was intact and, in the end, very comfortable. Customer service was very responsive every time I reached out.

We purchased the luxury firm Queen winkbed mattress and so far we are very happy with it. We ordered it through Sandman Sleep in Chicago where we tried the different on line mattress choices and decided Winkbed was the most comfortable, priced right and made in Wisconsin. The bed arrived quickly (4 days) and was delivered with no problems. Unpacking was easy once we moved the box upstairs. (2 person job) Overall an easy process from start to finish and happy with the purchase!

My Firmer WinkBed mattress is even better than I expected. The delivery was fast & easy; we rolled it into our bedroom, followed the simple directions to allow the mattress to decompress, and slept comfortably the first night with no off-gassing or waiting period. It's a well constructed mattress, made in Wisconsin, and is designed to last for larger sized people; in our case, I am 190lbs and my partner is 275lbs. I have significant back problems and it is difficult for me to get an uninterrupted night's sleep due to pain and discomfort. Everything was fine, with the exception of the smell. For days the smell of the mattress/box was very strong, almost to the point of inducing nausea..

The box arrived damaged, but the mattress was not damaged. I hadn't realized how heavy and bulky it would be, and I was unable to get it to my upstairs bedroom on my own. Just set it up and time will tell how I like it.

I really like my Winkbed. Every time friends come over to my house they get excited to sit on it (it's a large king bed). It's super soft and everyone finds it so enjoyable to lounge on! I have enjoyed sleeping on it over the week or so I've had it. I look forward to going to bed every night now!
