I received my order but the mattress was the wrong size (I ordered a queen and received a king size mattress) which I'm now having to store in my house until they can remove it and ship a new queen mattress. The customer service was amazing but it's still a massive inconvenience since the mattress doesn't fit any of our furniture.

The mattress itself is lovely, but getting to that point has been a giant pain. I was bummed not to receive my platform and mattress together, and it wasn't clear from the shipping email that only the mattress had shipped and the platform was backordered die to supply chain issues. Then UPS dumped the mattress in our driveway on a rainy day and my husband couldn't get it inside himself, so I had to turn around on my way to work so we could push it together. We both wind up hurting ourselves in the process - and we bought the new mattress because we've both been having back pain! The thing had to sit in the hallway until we received the alternate platform we ordered from Amazon, and then getting the mattress onto the platform was an ordeal. Opening the mattress once on the platform was also tricky. But now that it's set up, I love the mattress itself--it is unbelievably comfortable.

This is our second Winkbed and we absolutely love it! As a heavier couple, we sometimes struggle to find mattresses that are firm enough to our liking. We love how this mattress feels and love that we could get it shipped to our home directly. Can't wait to break this one in!

Winbeds is a very good company to work with. I had to return a bed for a different one and no problem at all.

It was delivered with the box open and the mattress exposed. When I emailed to return it they said I had to wait 30 days because "they are not able to schedule a return before the 30 day mark" I have 200 sqare foot room and they did not care that I have no place to store the mattress. I felt they completely deceived me regarding the return policy.

After suffering from back pain for years, the pain was gone in 3 days after sleeping on our WinkBed. Make sure you have assistance moving the bed when it arrives, it is rather heavy and does take 2 people to move it and put it in position for opening up. After opening the mattress the off gassing lasted for about 3 day's, then went away. We removed our covers each day to let the mattress breath for those 3 days. My wife and I are multi position sleepers, mostly back and side. After recent surgery, I also felt comfortable sleeping on my stomach (Male, weight 190 lbs,) The edge support is good, but you do feel you partners movement sometimes, but it’s acceptable. We don’t feel movement when we are sleeping. Overall we are very pleased with the WinkBed.
