We just moved all our client sites to Winhost (from SmarterASP, which had become hopeless) and are entirely satisfied. Some plusses: Winhost was proactive with moving the sites; their tech support was always responsive, helpful, and to the point; their control panel UI is excellent; and their server has been rock-solid, no random failures. We would recommend Winhost to anyone without reservation.

After a few nightmarish years with WH4L, I switched to WinHost and in about a decade I was with them I've never had an issue other than a single scheduled downtime due to a server upgrade. I used an ASP.NET site and a singe SQL Server instance. The only thing I missed was a web based SQL admin tool (I wish WinHost offered one), but other than that everything was awesome. Price was also right. Thank you WinHost.

Excellent support today. Online assistance got me through issues with wp and pps. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Have been with winhost for several years and super solid. We have over 6 sites hosted here. What are you waiting for?

I have been a WinHost customer for 10 years now. I started with a single site but by the end of the first year, I was hosting several sites with them! The value for money is great - something I appreciate very much as a small business owner. No hosting company is perfect, but what matters is how they tackle problems when they come up. I've faced some outages (not uncommon over a course of a decade), DDoS attacks on my sites, and sometimes even my own mistakes which caused problems on the site. Through all of these, WinHost's customer service team always helped me through. I can't recall any support request that took longer than a few hours to resolve. It is also worth noting how quickly they identified a DDoS threat on our site, efficiently shut it down, and then helped us identify where the weakness was. It helped us fix the security gap quickly and get things back online for our customers. Bottom line: in a sea full of hosting companies where it is difficult to know who to trust, I have placed mine in WinHost and I encourage you to give them a try.

I switched a few hosting companies looking for a reliable windows hosting service. I decided to give WinHost a chance for a new project and everything just worked as expected. The initial configuration settings for the database I created were just correct from the beginning. It was seamless to begin my new project. I even have a reseller plan from a famous provider, but even their service on creating the SQL database the way I needed turn turned out to be a pain, with many calls to the help desk and it was not solved. That is why I decided to look for an alternative. Thanks.

I give this rating because I had a backup issue and my issue was worked until it was resolved.
