Wingspan always keeps me up to date on my account. I just updated my address as I had moved and it was so wasy to navigate the system to do this. My pay is always on time. It is always the correct amount and direct deposit is great.

I had to attempt the W-9 send to vendor 3 times to process. I was unable to export to PDF/CSV blocks of invoices. It was not easy to select more than what was on the screen. The navigation aside from those things was straightforward.

For contractors getting paid by clients on the Wingspan platform we automatically create a W-9 form based on the tax profile created during onboarding for you. We've improved the experience for downloading invoices and are continuing to act on feedback like this to make Wingspan even better.

One company I work with is using Wingspan to pay me for my work and it a very good way to get paid. First step is the company letting me know every month how much I will get paid so that adjustments can be made if needed. After I verify the money I will get paid I do not need to do anything else, the company sends the amount to be paid to Wingspan who then send me a message to confirm the amount I'll get paid. And the best part is that the money is deposited directly to my bank account every month, no need to wait for a check in the mail, no need go to the bank.to
