I ran into a deposit issue but once I started talking with Claire from the customer support staff she made sure that I was taken care of. No exaggeration I've never had any customer support be as helpful and understanding as she has been I wish all support agents could be so helpful as she is.She worked fast and made sure I was a satisfied and happy customer! Thank you Claire for doing your job as well as you do I wish all support agents could be as helpful As You Are. Update I'm fully verified now and glad Winera came through for me because its a great platform and I enjoy playing there its great. I'm now waiting on my first redemption I hope not to be let down there and the prove what a great platform they are. I'll update again as soon as I'm approved and hopefully up my rating again! I am really enjoying winera.us they seemed like a great platform but they cant seem to get anyone verified. Its been almost a month and im still pending. My 1st contact i was told it takes 8 days 8 buisness days after that it was definitely going to be this week and now for 2 days ive been told it will defintly be todaÿ only today never comes. Every other sweepstakes casion I know has you verified in 5 minutes or less maybe one or 2 may take a few hours but weeks and months no way. I like the platformbut if you don't get anywhere why keep doing it....

Been waiting since August 5th for verification. This is after I was already verified before by the way. They asked me for more info because my redemption passed a certain threshold apparently. I provided this information the same day on the 5th. It is now September, and I have not had this resolved. I have already emailed support multiple times but did not get a reply. Update: My verification has now finally been approved. I have received 1/6th of the amount I am owed; I am still waiting to hear about the rest.

Still waiting for my redemption and hoping it won’t take another month like the verification process did.

I like the games but trying to get your money when you win is another story. I’m still waiting on them to verify my information which they just keep saying next week next week and the support team doesn’t know anything about it because they’re not on the same team as a verification people so don’t get your hopes up if you win because you probably won’t get your money because they don’t verify you

They basically suck and do not reply to emails and have shut my live chat off... the only way I could get ahold of anyone was by commenting on their Facebook post about them being scammers, then, and only then did they finally get ahold of me. Julia was actually a very big help with getting me my winnings and forwarding my concerns on to the right people it took about a wk after speaking to her though before I was verified and received my winnings ... never again with them... I do thank Julia tremendously though for reaching out to me and helping where she could!!! She was a trooper to say tue least

It’s been over a month so I give up. They will not review my KYC. If you win money on this site, it is as good as gone. They will not let you redeem. I have screenshots of customer service telling me that if i remove my trustpilot review, they will verify my kyc. (They never did) I am fairly certain this is against trustpilot TOS so i will be contacting their support.
