I literally never go out of my way to leave a negative review for a site. I think I might have ever done one other my entire 37 years of existence but I've made an exception for winera. I consider myself a very experienced when it comes to online casinos. I'm literally a member at dozens and dozens and dozens of sites and I redeem multiple times a week through various sites. I've dealt with the best of the best and the worst of the worst. I've been cheated out of money I rightfully won and even those casinos will do it with a smile and respectful customer service while telling you they're sorry as they close your account. I never once in all my days of trying to communicate with winera ever received a single email response in return. Every bit of contact made was with live support and I'm trying to be as considerate as I can when I describe their team as substandard. I tried numerous ways to submit my information to become verified and nothing would upload on to their site. I was then told that only certain formats could be uploaded and it had to be either a JPEG or other example of file type. I went to the app store and paid for a JPG converter, which admittedly was only a few dollars but after that didn't work I got told to just try again in the morning. The following day I got told that they would be back in touch with me and that they were working to have a resolved. They are very quick to let you know that it has only been two or three days and that these wait times are normal and within their standard processing times. Every single issue you run into during this process will be handled on their timeline, which in my experience was multiple days per issue. After finally getting that issue resolved which took well over a week I then tried to redeem and keep in mind I played on the site for a few hours barely getting my credits up above 100. When it comes time to redeem after 8 or 9 days of delays I get told that I have a $275 SC playthrough requirement before I can even redeem. I just maxed bet the rest of my account out and haven't looked back since. The site operates great and if only the rest of the company worked as good as the site. I've done my best to not be slanderous or disrespectful, speaking solely on the facts of what happened to me and my opinions about that. I haven't mentioned names though there are two particular (both female) id be happy to point out if asked. Check my trustpilot history. I leave nothing but good reviews. I can get bad service and still leave a seven out of 10 in most establishments. Just to give you an idea, my personal situation with win era ended a couple weeks ago and I just saw their Logo Pop up and took time out of my day to write this review weeks after going through it if that tells you the level of disdain I have after working with them. My personal opinion is don't waste your time trying to spend the week and a half getting verified because more than likely you won't meet some stipulation required to withdraw the money. I never even got to experience the wait time for an actual withdrawal but I can't imagine it's very quick. To end on a positive note, I will say that the site design and function is better than most and has great potential if even operated as well as the c-tier sites.

I was looking forward to updating this to a better review but after my redemption was appreciated on the 10/19 sent to my bank on 10/20 I still hasn't received it, my bank don't hold deposits and they dont have it, I have checked everyday & support then says it can take 10 days to reach my bank? That is crazy & the only way that would be the case is if they dated it for 10days from the 20th because the if they send it the 20th my bank would have it there already - it's now the 24th and my Bank still doesn't have it & that is pretty irritating, I definitely thought they just had people being unreasonable & was genuinely excited to update my review and say they fixed the issue quickly and had received my funds but instead they "processed it" and said to wait 10 more days smh definitely not making me feel better about the whole thing

Going on day 10 of waiting for redemption approval after waiting a month for kyc approval I love the site and I love the sister site regalcoins and I have a small casino community I would like to recommend winera but it's just a bummer having to wait such a long time... will change my review if and when everything gets settled.

WinEra Approved One Withdrawal but My Money Has Still Not Arrived — Another Withdrawal Remains Pending I am extremely disappointed with my experience with WinEra and the way my withdrawal requests have been handled. I requested two withdrawals: $105 and $160, for a total of $265. After experiencing repeated delays, I contacted customer support several times. More than 15 days passed before I received a response and was asked to complete additional identity verification by submitting a selfie with my ID. I cooperated and completed the verification process as requested. Although WinEra eventually approved my $105 withdrawal and sent me an email confirming the approval, more than four days have passed and I still have not received the money in my bank account. I understand that bank processing times can vary, but my bank normally processes incoming deposits within 48 hours. I have not received a satisfactory explanation or confirmation that the payment was successfully sent. Meanwhile, my second withdrawal of $160 is still awaiting approval. I have already completed the requested verification, so I do not understand why this withdrawal remains unresolved. The most frustrating part is the lack of clear communication and the amount of time I have spent trying to get answers. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase support to find out where their money is or when an approved withdrawal will be paid. I am asking WinEra to investigate the missing $105 payment, provide proof of the transaction, and promptly approve and process my outstanding $160 withdrawal. I hope WinEra takes this complaint seriously and resolves both issues without further unnecessary delays. Until these matters are fully resolved, I cannot consider this a satisfactory customer experience.

I have been waiting for a $365.13 redemption since September 22, 2026, but that's only part of the problem. The entire experience with WinEra Casino has been absolutely ridiculous. I originally purchased these Sweeps Coins on July 20, 2026, and completed the required playthrough in July. However, WinEra took approximately TWO MONTHS just to review my verification documents and finally verify my account. After waiting all that time, I submitted my $365.13 redemption on September 22. It is now October 19, and I still haven't received my money. Think about that. I purchased and played through these coins three months ago, and I am STILL trying to get paid. This isn't a matter of someone expecting an instant payout. I've already waited approximately two months for verification and nearly another month for a redemption that should have been straightforward. To make matters worse, my previous attempts to get meaningful assistance from support have not resolved anything. Three months from purchase to payment, and the payment still hasn't happened. That is an absolutely unacceptable way to treat paying customers. At this point, I have very little confidence in WinEra's redemption process. Customers shouldn't have to spend months jumping through hoops just to receive money they're legitimately entitled to redeem. My advice: Be extremely cautious about spending money at WinEra Casino. Purchasing coins is easy. Actually getting a redemption paid has been an entirely different story. One star. I will update this review if and when WinEra finally pays my outstanding $365.13.

Been waiting on kyc to be verified for a whole week now, customer service said there is no time frame on that yeah save your money dont purchase no matter how good that first package looks.

I’d give this casino 1 star. Their customer support is terrible—they never respond. And don’t even get me started on withdrawals; I’ve been waiting 4 months for one, and they haven’t approved it or even provided a response. It’s completely disrespectful.
