I bought a Factory Second 6' tall redwood wine rack fitting 100 bottles of wine from Wine Cellar Innovations. It was very reasonably priced, easy to assemble (suggest predrilling the holes for the nails -- so no splitting of wood), went together in about an hour, is strong, attractive, well-made, and shipping was FREE! I don't know what made it a Second, it looked like a First to me! I'm recommending them to all my friends.

I built an 1800-bottle wine room that involved so many little pieces, corners, trim, uppers, lowers and stuff I didn't even know how to define I got lost in the detail. Their designers managed to put the whole thing together and get it shipped. It arrived in almost 60 boxes. Amazingly, absolutely everything was there. The assembly instructions were mostly clear, all made sense after messing up the first one of whatever it was I was trying to build. After that it all worked. In the whole order, there were only two small errors, pieces that had been put in backwards at the plant. In the end it all fit perfectly in the room! Nice job guys!

We're very happy with our wine rack. It arrived very quickly. We have only one, so no assembly was needed. We have a very small space and needed something that would fit the space yet hold 12 bottles. The one we chose works perfectly and looks great.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with Wine Cellar Innovations. My order was manufactured well, but I did have to assemble and install it on my own (my choice). It was easy to assemble with nails (provided) and hammer and nail punch. It was tricky inserting the racks into my wine closet, but once in, it was a perfect fit. I've had the racks in place for almost two years and have yet to have an issue.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Wine Cellar Innovations! Eric was great to work with and he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. From design, to delivery and installation; the support was excellent. I must admit that when the kit was delivered and I opened each box, inventoried it and laid the parts out on my basement floor, it looked pretty intimidating. However, once I started assembling it, kit by kit, it all came together. The nail gun worked well and the whole rack fit the room well. I highly recommend them! Eric offered several times to replace any damaged pieces (even if they were caused by my installation or workmanship) at no cost. Fortunately, that was not needed and I even ended up with some extra material when it was all done. It really only took a couple of days to install a 700 bottle rack in a 4 foot by 10 foot space. The end result was excellent!

We are extremely happy with the racking system and ease of assembly. We used our own nail gun but have had opportunity to use yours with no issues. We did run into a few glitches in the kits, ie: two identical parts instead of a left and right, etc. nothing of major concern that we needed replacement parts for as we were able to make it work. We believe it was just a quality control issue insuring all parts in a kit were correct. It happened twice. We had no issues with broken pieces or missing pieces. Top quality Premium Redwood with no split pieces. We were extremely happy working with Jennifer. She was supportive, creative, and a pleasure to work with. The kits are created to be easy to assemble with the instructions included. It took a couple of weeks of evening work is all from delivery to finished installation. Arranging and cataloging our wine is a different story! . We are using some of the shelving as pantry and to store chilled glassware. We would highly recommend Wine Cellar Innovations and have already! Shipping can be challenging and expensive to Alaska so being able to work with Jennifer to use a freight forwarder helped. We are very excited to share our cellar and great experience with you.

Initially, we intended to create a larger cellar space and ordered twice the racks that we ultimately needed. When they arrived, we realized we couldn't use all that we bought. The company was very accommodating in their willingness to return the products, even though I'm sure restocking the racks wasn't easy. As far as the product itself, it assembled very easily and is very sturdy. It is also appealing to the eye. We plan to buy more when space will allow.
