I have been dealing with this company for over two years now. I have done a couple of wine cellars. The quality is exemplary. The customer service is outstanding. When you run into a problem , a phone call is all it takes to get the problem resolved. The part is on its way or a helping hand or word of advise is right there for you. They have been great in every aspect of helping me do all of my projects.

I assembled a 5 x 5 wavy cubicle wine rack myself and got help from my husband to assemble the circular merchandiser with the air gun that was provided by Wine Cellar Innovations. The online instruction video and the printed materials that come with the kits are easy to follow. All of the pieces were triple lacquered and looked beautiful. However, some were not packaged correctly and stuck together. Those pieces were promptly replaced at no charge.

I recently purchased, assembled and installed the 6' wine rack in our wine closet. The fit and overall quality was excellent. The selection of wine racks was excellent. I was able to find exactly what I needed very quickly. Tools were provided on their website tha made the selection precise. Byron

I conducted an on-line search for wine racks since I was in the process of building a wine cellar in my home. Wine Cellar Innovations came up in my search. I noticed they offered design assistance as well so I submitted the planned dimensions of the cellar. Guillermo responded quickly and put together some plans. Over time, the plans had to change due to changing dimensions, and each time, Guillermo was quick to respond with the new design, which I implemented. I was then able to order the type of wood and stain I wanted, and the good news was, they were able to send me samples of the wood/stain combination to match the other finish work in the cellar. The ordering process was easy, and within a couple of weeks, I had the racks. There is some work involved with putting them together, since they come unassembled. If you don't own a small nail gun, then buy or borrow one. I highly recommend using one of those versus hand-nailing everything. The hardest part about putting in the cellar will be filling it.

I grow grapes and make wine. I have a real wine cellar. I found Wine Cellar Innovations on-line and ended up purchasing a number of redwood wine racks. I am quite happy with the product. Good value for the price. Instructions were clear and effective costumer service. I would purchase their products again.

We outfitted an entire cellar in products from Wine Cellar Innovations and couldn't love our products more. Came with great instructions and very quality. We wanted to customize our product with crown moulding and I called and they we're happy to send me extra stain used on our racks so all would match. Five star experience all the way.

My son is interested in different wines so I bought a small rack from this company. It is made from quality material and is the perfect size for him.

We designed a "sports bar/wine cellar" in our ranch basement. We are novice carpenters and were able to achieve a very professional look with our Wine Cellar Innovations racks. They shipped quickly, were easy to assemble (we did rent a nail gun) and were exactly what we wanted. We were able to talk with them on the phone so that we were able to design just the right racks for our space. Regardless of the size of your project, they are willing to help you build a great cellar. We love it!!!
