Ups bites
Didn't receive package.ups sent it somewhere else. Gave package to someone else. I waited all day for it.

Items are almost always available
Items are almost always available. Pricing has stayed pretty consistent over the past 2 years which is a huge plus for this company. Not too pleased with delivery charges but we always receive our order when expected or earlier.
