Three Sails used to be much cleaner
Three Sails used to be much cleaner. My recent purchases contain noticeably more stems and woody debris than before. The product has become less clean and less consistent. I hope the quality returns to its previous standard.
Response from Windy City CigarsAug 19, 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your recent Three Sails purchases have not met the quality and consistency you experienced previously. We understand how frustrating it is to notice more stems and woody material in the product. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’ll make sure your concerns are shared with our team. We hope to provide you with the quality you’ve come to expect from us.

Open can of tobacco during shipping
Open can of tobacco during shipping, product was shipped to my city but waited a day to delivery so 1 day in the warehouse heat and the box was badly damaged on delivery. Tried out the tin since it was fine, it tasted really good and I enjoyed it just disappointed in ups.
Response from Windy City CigarsAug 19, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear the tobacco itself arrived in good condition and that you enjoyed the flavour. We’re sorry about the damaged package and the delay during shipping. While carrier handling and delays are outside our direct control, we understand how disappointing it is to receive a damaged shipment. We truly appreciate your understanding and your business, and we’ll continue doing our best to package orders securely and get them shipped promptly.

The product is amazing,.. but
The product is amazing. The shipping costs are far too high. And the person that answers the phone every time I've called doesn't have full knowledge of your extensive products.. I asked him how many cigarettes a 5 lb bag makes and he said only 400.. I am now on my 800 cigarette and have half the bag left,.. but I think the tobacco tastes great and the little machine I bought works well.. it's the little plastic $4 machine.. I did want to buy a more expensive one but again the man that answers the phone can't really go into detail. Told me to watch the YouTube videos. I would prefer his extensive knowledge on the product and explain it to me.. I'm not sure if he's the only one that answers the phone?

Hi there, Thank you for sharing your feedback — we truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience. We’d like to clarify a few points that may help. Currently, we do offer a free shipping option on orders above $110, which can help reduce overall delivery costs. Regarding cigarette yield, the total number can vary depending on the tube size used and individual packing preferences, so the estimate provided may differ from actual results. As for shipping, once an order has been dispatched, it is handled by the carrier, and unfortunately, we have limited control over transit times or delays. That said, we are always working with our shipping partners to improve delivery speed and reliability. Thank you again for your feedback!

good fast shipping
good fast shipping. The reason for 3 stars: one box of the tubes; a few tubes inside were damaged. The second reason the shipping is too much Tobacco sometimes is dry.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear that shipping is generally fast, but we’re sorry to hear about the damaged tubes, the cost of shipping, and the occasional dryness of the tobacco. We take comments like yours seriously and will share them with our team to see how we can improve. If you experience any issues with products, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to make things right. We appreciate your business and hope to provide a better experience next time.
