I love the HUGE selection that Windship offers. The reason for my review is this. When you place an order online it doesn’t tell you if an item is actually in stock. When your order ships (and I never know when it has shipped or when it will arrive), you don’t know if everything is in your order and if you need to try and order what’s not somewhere else. Communication is often times lacking. When reaching out to a rep it is sometimes, several days before I receive a reply. I continue to shop with Windship because of the prices and they sometime have what I can’t find at other distributors. M.HS, Assistant Manager/Purchaser GLD Glass

It is really frustrating taking the time going through the website and deciding what I want to only find out that everything is out of stock. Then I have to spend time verbally changing my order with someone.

Placed an order, was never given an opportunity to pay. Took 3 days for someone to return calls and emails. Still not sure where my order stands - no word for Windship, no tracking, etc.

They give good prices with a lot of options. But they never pickup calls and they dont care once the order is done. Good prices with worst customer service.
