Our last order was missing an item and I sent this email to our rep on 12/19 and have not had any response. " Hi Joshua, We received our order today but no invoice and missing 1)Pax3 (received one Pax 3 basic and one Pax plus) Not sure if it was supposed to be two boxes but we only received one. Can you check on that and the invoice for me?" Also no invoice

0 stars if possible. These Guys Are the worst company to deal with in this industry I have ever experienced.They Never answer there phone's or respond to emails. Horrible Way to operate a Distribution company. Still haven't received a refund/order from last year🤦🏽♂️ Multiple Follow Up messages and emails and still NO word back.🤦🏽♂️

Horrible customer service you call and leave messages and emails and noone responds then if on the chance they do noone follows up my faulty and missing items haven't ever been replaced

After being accepted(I think) as a wholesale customer I placed my first order. After order was placed I received an email that said if this is your first order with Windship I would need to pay the first order with a credit card and that someone would get ahold of me for the cc info within 24 hours, well that never happened so after a week I called Windship to ask customer service about my order and if I was actually accepted as a new wholesale customer. The person who helped me in the phone took all my info and said he would call back that same day-that was 4 days ago and still nothing. I would not recommend Windship Trading Co if you are looking for wholesale supplies for your store. I work at a high end cannabis shop in Aspen Colorado(high end because we also sell Jewely and Rolex watches) and was hoping to get the same kind of high end service I give my clients in aspen but will continue to look for a company that will offer just that, outstanding service! Extremely disappointed with the service from Windship Trading!

Very first order and it’s out of stock for an important product. No live quantities shown. Nobody can seem to answer the phone in Marketing or even give a callback. Overall bad first impression on the first order! I will fulfill my business elsewhere until they get it together with their warehousing.
