Super easy to work with. I placed my order and maybe 10 minutes after I placed it. I called to ask if I could have the window prairie style only on top and not the bottom. They said it was no problem. Not sure of the lady I talked to, but she was super nice. Can’t wait to go pick up my order when it gets to my local warehouse. Thank you. I’ll order from here again.

I wish I would have known the window grid was between the glass I don't see that noted in the description and going back now I see it says it in the glossary but I didn't look at that since I know what a grid is so no need to look it up. The window doesn't match what I have in the rest of my house.

Great in every way. Derek Baker the CEO is phenomenal. This is the way things used to be. I would never hesitate to buy from them again.
