WindowEstore.comReviews of windowestore.com

Ordered online on a Sunday and customer service contacted us on Monday to go over our request. Window was ready right away and shipped to a warehouse in our area, who were also very efficient. We just installed it this weekend and the quality is so much better than our current replacement windows in other rooms. Will be purchasing more and would highly recommend this company and their windows to anyone.

The order was painless. I went and picked up my order at shipper. They were helpful and loaded my order for me.The windows look great. I will send pictures when all installed. Thank you again.

All great...service, follow up to confirm order!

Great service

Great quality window at a fair price tremendous difference from my old windows to a good quality window. The window e-store is fast at getting your Windows to you and they call to confirm that the sizes are correct after you order them. Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable absolutely knows what they're doing. I would highly recommend the window e-store my new windows are installed and I'm loving them!

Fantastic service!

We were very pleased with the entire experience. The order and confirmation were pleasant and the pickup at your warehouse was seamless. Thank you

As with previous orders, customer service was efficient and friendly. 4 star is because initial purchase call said my sliders were operational on both sides of window. Follow up call revealed I had to upgrade to get two way sliders. Ended up costing $700 additional for a 4 season room that doesn't need a higher quality window. Not a deal breaker but I wish the EcoTru window was active on both sides.
