The windows were ordered on 7-24-2020 and I was told 15 days from order date. Now the time frame changes and excuses change each time as well. First one was that larger window delayed manufacturing completion. Contacted them to get a date and was told all completed and shipped in route to warehouse will arrive by 8-15-2020 they will call when in. I called the local warehouse on 8-18-2020. They had no record of delivery. I contacted the Windows E-store and the story changes again. The new delivery dated to be 8-24-2020. They said the manufacturing plant was down and everything is delayed. The windows are made but not shipped and computer virus holding all products from being shipped. Each time story changes, I am requesting refund due to failure to provide delivery of goods as promised. You stated it was in route a week ago and is it still is not shipped. Thomas Hopkins

Thomas, We apologize for the delay in your order. Our manufacturer's computers went down for almost a week and half which caused a delay on quite a few of our orders. Their system is back up now and we are back on track! We've always had the fastest turn-around time in the nation on custom window orders and we're glad you received your windows. Ehab, We're so sorry you had a wait at the warehouse to pick up your window. We are working hard to navigate through the Covid-19 protocols set in place by the governors of a few states. 99% of our warehouses are operating at a completely normal pace but a very small percentage of our warehouses are experiencing slightly longer wait times due to the protocols and combined with a dramatic increase in business. I didn’t know anything about ordering windows prior to working with windows e-store. They helped me with the ordering process and were available for numerous phone calls regarding shipping and installation. The customer service was great (shout out to Derek) and the windows were good quality. One thing to keep in mind is to make sure that research the difference between new construction and replacement windows. I ordered the wrong one and it ended up holding up my project. Other than that I had a very good shopping experience.
