Still waiting...
Still waiting on our window with no update of timetable. Supposedly the manufacturer had a software hack which is slowing production. I had to call to find this out. Notifying your customers of the situation and keeping them informed should have been top priority.
Response from WindowEstore.comAug 27, 2020
Andy, Thank you so much for your review. You are correct our manufacturer's computers did go down for about a week and a half which caused delays on quite a few of our window orders. We were notified by our manufacturer of the system outage only after they had restored their computers. Their scanners that are used to track shipments and delivery times are still inoperable making the tracking of those delayed orders slow. As we receive updated delivery info for each order we immediately email or call that customer and provide them with an updated delivery ETA. Our manufacturer is working 3 shifts 24/7 in an effort to clear the backlog of orders caused by the shutdown. We anticipate being back to normal in the next couple of weeks. We've always prided ourselves in having the fastest turn-around time in the nation for custom made high performance windows and doors. Your windows are being made and shipped as we speak and you should be receiving them shortly. When our manufacturer provides us with an exact delivery date we will email or call you immediately. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding. Derek Baker President

Will order again
Great experience from ordering, to pickup, to installation. However, I have 8 very visible holes and you only sent me two plugs.
Response from WindowEstore.comAug 27, 2020
No problem David! The additional hole plugs are on the way to you! The ones we included with the windows may have gotten lost in transit.
