This company are not real- online scammers

For the second time In the same month that I ordered a tennis dress on Wilson's website that was available for purchase and became unavailable after payment for the item forcing me to cancel the order. What inventory and logistics disorganization is this? It's unbelievable

It was a very Bad Bad Bad experience with Wilson.com customer service ever than any other company website. My husband was ordered two tennis rackets for my birthday. Their website was misleading with the descriptions of how great is the rackets. Unfortunately, it was not a good quality rackets to play with. When I was requesting return that they said that I could not return because I have been used once. Even within the 30 days return time frame. They told me that I have to pay for the shipping even Wilson.con stated free return within 30 days of receiving the package. It seems like Wilson.com customer service does not follow the company policy and forcing the customer to keep their poor products for doing a very poor business. I am not ever purchase from Wilson.com anymore further for sure. I also will write a letter about this matters to the Business Bureau against Wilson.com doing unacceptable business.

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a shirt, pullover, and shorts. The pullover that came was incorrect and I was told to return it and buy a new one with no additional support. I returned it by mail over 1 month ago and still awaiting my refund. I have emailed and keep receiving a response that their team is behind. This has gone from 7 business days to no given estimations. I thought this brand that has a lot in profits would be a reputable company, but I was wrong. Avoid shopping here at all costs to not waste your money, time, and sanity!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Wilson. My package couldn’t be delivered for days because they created the shipping label incorrectly. When I contacted their customer service, they refused to take any responsibility and insisted everything was fine on their end—when it clearly wasn’t. I received no support or solutions from Wilson. I was the one who had to call the courier multiple times, speak with their driver directly, and do all the legwork to try and locate my package—something Wilson should have taken care of. They showed zero accountability and made no effort to help resolve the issue. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I expected better from a company like Wilson.

I spent a month researching tennis rackets before Wimbledon started, I then ordered 4 tennis rackets and balls which were estimated to arrive 7 days before the end of Wimbledon. UPS the shipping company labelled the delivery as 'damaged' 7 days ago, I have frequently been in contact with Wilson asking why my delivery has not arrived but they have given me no information on what is happening and where it is just stating it is 'under investigation'. I have tried to cancel the order to buy rackets elsewhere but they won't let me do this. They are expensive so I am now a lot of money down with tennis rackets and Wimbledon has now finished which was my inspiration to buy them. I wish they would have listened to my request and refunded me so I could have made a new order, but as there has been no resolution or attempt to help with my situation I will not be buying from Wilson again. Avoid.

wilson is the worst tennis brand , they do not care about their customers and they do not care about tennis.... they are no longer a pro brand. I was just about to buy a tennis racket that has only just been out a few months for £235 and was then. told the same racket was at another shop for £159. I emailed Wilson expecting them to say it was different racket they said it was the same and they can set prices at other outlets how they want. So if you bought this newly realled racket it's now £85 off elsewhere but not at Wilson. Complete con and they don't really care when I asked no wonder such bad rating here and in uk. I will not buy Wilson again.
