WilsonReviews of wilson.com

I wish I could give them 0 stars. A joke of a company. Deleted my promo code as I tried to place an order. I called them and they refused to refund or credit me for the order and instead suggested I order more from their website with the code. Absolute joke and sham.

Do not buy from this company, they give the impression that they are UK based but if you want to make a return they offer a discount for a replacement and tell you to keep the original purchase. This is because your item would need to be returned to China and you would have to pay the postage.

Signed up for the so called first time purchase discount and never got the code. Spoke to an agent on the phone and was told to go ahead and make the purchase and Wilson will make an adjustment. The adjustment never came through, after speaking to several reps over six emails and two phone calls. They were all stalling and kept asking for my order number, phone number and email address (which should be obvious, right? Hello? I am emailing you from my email address!?). In the end I returned everything and will not buy anything from Wilson ever again. Terrible and dishonest company.

3 orders placed via PayPal. All 3 cancelled without notice & advised cancelled because pymt wouldn't go through. All 3 orders charged and appear on credit card, so payment did go through. Paypal Customer Service keeps saying my issue & I have to call credit card co. to have charges removed??! Worst part is items are now OUT OF STOCK.

$90 for “Next Day Air” — but apparently Wilson decides when “next day” starts I ordered two tennis racquets from Wilson.com on the morning of August 20 and paid $89.50 extra for Next Day Air. Wilson showed me an expected delivery date of August 21 when I placed the order. By 5:30 PM on August 20, the racquets still hadn’t shipped, so I called customer service. Their explanation was remarkable: the order might ship on a different day, because “Next Day Air” apparently only means it arrives one day after Wilson eventually decides to ship it. So what exactly did I pay $89.50 for? I ordered in the morning, well before Wilson’s published cutoff for expedited orders. More importantly, Wilson itself displayed August 21 as my expected delivery date. Then... I called again the morning of August 21. The order still had not shipped, so I told them to cancel it. They refused because the order was already “processing.” Think about that logic. My order apparently wasn’t processed enough for Wilson to actually ship it in time to meet the delivery date they showed me when taking my $89.50 expedited-shipping payment. But somehow it was processed enough that they couldn’t cancel it—even though it hadn’t shipped. I don’t particularly care about the $89.50. I care about how ridiculous and customer-hostile this is. If you charge someone an enormous premium for “Next Day Air” while displaying a specific expected delivery date, either get the merchandise there when you said you would or make it crystal clear BEFORE taking the customer’s money that your own unspecified processing delay can make that delivery date meaningless. And if you haven’t even shipped the merchandise, don’t hide behind “it’s already processing” when the customer asks you to cancel an order that you already failed to process quickly enough to meet your own expected delivery date. For a company of Wilson’s size and reputation, this is embarrassingly bad order fulfillment and customer service.

Part order still not received but charged

Buyer Beware - Buyer bewareI purchased a putter that developed a defect shortly after purchase. I contacted customer service within the stated return window and was sent a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement putter developed a very similar defect after only a short period of use. What has been most frustrating is that I was never informed that accepting the replacement would eliminate my ability to receive a refund if the replacement was also defective. After experiencing the same failure twice, I no longer have confidence in the product’s durability or quality control. Resolution offered did not feel fair given that both the original product and the replacement failed. I expected a full refund after two defective putters, but that option was not honored. I hope Wilson reviews both the quality of this product line and the clarity of its warranty and replacement policies, because this experience has significantly changed my perception of the brand.

N'ayez pas de soucis avec eux, car aucun suivi commercial. Et quand il y a un problème de livraison, ils se cachent derrière leur prestataire logistique. Allez sur Amazon ce sont les mêmes produits et moins chers !
