Don't be fooled by the Wilson & Carter London crap, & the fancy looking " London Shop photo, its all a cleverly convincing Con. We ordered 2 items for my wife, 1 item was not what we ordered, similar but not as ordered, I told them we didn't want it and to refund our money, it then goes on for Email after Email to a fictional person , which offers, first 10% the 20% then 30% off to encourage you to keep the article, with talk of costing you money to return the garment to China, as It wasn't a large amount of money we kept the garment. But don't, give this company your money. or business, its a scam company, selling Crap from China. Go to Primark, at least you can see what your buying.!!

.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Total rip off unable to get a refund and there is nothing to show how hard it is to return any goods. Its a complete con the goods are rubbish please learn by my mistake

Please do not buy from this company Website fooled me in many ways. I then realised the items were coming from China, the items were nothing like the website. The reviews were read after purchase If you read this before you buy anything please LOOK ELSWHERE Hopefully this has saved you money

Terrible company - I tired to return an item that didn't fit well. I sent them 5 emails including photos of the item that they requested but they didn't want to send the return address as then I'd realise how much it costs to return a flimsy item back to China. In the end I raised a dispute through the bank and got my money back. I recommend doing that to anyone that has issues. It's quick and easy and the company didn't challenge it.

Yep Like most of you here ..deserve 0 stars .Company an absolute joke .. product not from London .. it’s from China ., these companies shouldn’t be trading .. quality of products and customer service is abysmal.. Tried to return an item whch was far too big and of poor quality, emails back and forth company not intrested in taking return offered part refund they are the worst company I have every known they don't even deserve one star let alone any. Stay clear I've lost my money to them and a shirt that was only fit for the bin.

Scam Chinese drop shop company. Pretend to be a UK luxury high quality items. NOTHING is as pictured or described on sales pages. They send dress up costume quality clothing and shoes. Nothing like pictures. Impossible to get refund and if they do it’s less than quarter what the order is worth. Loads of these China drop shop companies doing exactly the same. The use communication emails signed off by Emily Parker as if they’re British… They are not!!! Beware beware beware and warned every friend and family members to research and check reviews BEFORE ordering from any company online. If you’ve been caught by the company too please report to trading standards. We need them all erased off the internet. I received shoes all crumpled up, costume quality you could never wear them (joke) and a huge chunk out sole.
