These people pretend to operate in the UK. They don't. When I realised I'd been scammed (within 20 minutes), I attempted to cancel. I was told that it was impossible to cancel because the order was already being prepared! When and if the delivery arrives, (it's been more than a week so far), with no sign of a delivery, no tracking available either. I will refuse the delivery and let the courier send it back, When I asked for a return label, I was told that I had to pay to ship it back to China. I think that's at least 2 breaches of UK Consumer laws? I've complained to the credit card Co. and I'll let them sort it out. Strongly recommend you do not buy anything from this outfit. Nobody can be as stupid as I've been surely?

Terrible...cheap rag and a bottle called Emily who is no use in giving refund.. avoid

SCAM! Ordered men’s XL shorts. Boys sized shorts arrived with laughable XL label on it. Requested refund and address to send back. Even though they hilariously try to make out they have a UK address for returns,they don’t. You have to send it to ASIA if and it’s a big IF they even give you an address. They offered me 15%money back if I kept them! Steer well clear. I’ve had to do a chargeback through bank. Waiting to see how I get on. Avoid like the plague

The clothes I ordered were poor quality and did not fit me, I contacted the customer service,they informed me I would have to send photos of the items including the label and packaging before they could send out a return label to get a refund, I tried several times to send the photos in several different formats, they would not send .I contacted the customer service several times explaining this and the same message was sent back. I've resigned myself to realising I am not going to get the £40 refund and I am stuck with items not even worth £10 and do not fit. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this site.

Scam company! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Email conversation and no hope of return or refund. They are not based in London but ship directly from China. Quality is very poor, no label on clothing ( could be hazard risk) and needs to be investigated by trading standards.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Was taken in by the “London” label, bought a dress which took weeks to arrive. When it did, it didn’t look like the picture and was way too big. It took me 4 messages to the company to get any response at all and then they were back and forth trying to get me to accept an exchange or credit. I continued to ask for a refund. After over a week of messages back and forth they sent me a form which needed to be printed out, written on and returned BEFORE EVEN STARTING the return process. I don’t even own a printer. Going to have to chalk this one up as a loss and it will teach me to check Trustpilot before any online purchases!

Absolutely disgusting poor quality nothing like it was advertised. Wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. Have emailed them twice but no reply. Beware !

I actually can't believe I fell for such a scam. Please do not order from this 'London' company - it is all fake. Yes the clothing did arrive (from China?) but it was so cheap and tacky and nowhere near worth what I paid for it. I've requested a refund - let's see what happens there!
