DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. The photo of what looks like a high end London Store must be AI generated as the goods you order bear no resemblance to the goods that are delivered to you. The merchandise is nothing better than cheap Chinese tat. The no quibble returns process means that you are encouraged to accept 50% or 60% discount to avoid you paying international shipping charges. Why would they expect a customer to return items not good enough to use as dusters to their supplier/manufacturer when they are the retailers of the tat. These scammers need to be exposed and I would encourage anyone who has been fooled by Wilson & Carter - London to share their experience on X, Facebook and any other platform to warn other unsuspecting decent people from being duped by these criminals.

It’s a scam - do not order anything from this Chinese scam artist. Your order will take ages to arrive, be nothing like the image on line and there is virtually no hope of a reply or refund. Currently trying to get ad removed off google and money back from Mastercard. Authorities should close this scam down.

Disgusted with this company. I bought a dress costing £40. The dress arrived but I was not in so the delivery company returned it to sender. Wilson & Carter have checked with the company and confirmed in writing that the dress is on its way back to them. 6 weeks down the line and they refuse to issue me a refund. DO NOT buy from this company.

This company is nothing less than disgraceful in the way they treat their customers, to the point of ignoring their requests for refunds, as is accepted under English Law for internet buying customers under their consumer rights. But not of course a company that is not a current active registered one in England. Do not buy from this company, poor quality, sizing etc etc etc

The trainers were so bad quality I threw them away

Ordered 2 pairs of shorts they were to small asked for a refund told me I had to pay £37 to return them I am still waiting for a replacement

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE. The item that I ordered is nothing like the description on their website! It is obviously a cheap synthetic item mass produced in China!!! The only reason I've allocated 1star is so that I can write a review. They make it as difficult as possible to return a product at your own expense. Rather than do that I shall donate the item to some charity, homeless or poor person who is struggling to cope in and with life at the moment. I guess the best way to buy is by shopping in person at whichever shops are left surviving in today's climate. Beware everyone!

I bought some shorts from this company in August. They are nothing like the photo or description? I have been back and forth with emails to someone called Emily? I just want a refund and it now looks like I won’t be getting anything back, as they are now ignoring my emails? Do not buy anything from this company. They are not in London they are in China.
