The product is easy to use. But you customer support is awful. I sent a request for help several months ago and never got a response.

Very, very helpful at a time when I can't afford $350 a hour to get a simple will made. The Living Trust documents were also very clear and allowed me to change my trust without paying a lawyer $2500.

This software is excellent in every way. It is intuitive, easy to follow and constructs an excellent legal document. As long as your legal needs aren't too complex, this product is a very economical alternative.

The will provided all my needs to bequeath my goods from my wife to my children and to their children. My wife also had her Will done too. A lawyer wanted $800 for what we paid a bit over $100. It is well worth it and we feel more secured knowing that our children will not have to deal withy the state when it comes to the distribution of our estate.
