Very pleased with ease of use and what…
Very pleased with ease of use and what was offered for such a low price. Two things I wanted to recommend being added to the Will information. 1. The Will need two witnesses that are not mentioned in the will, related to the person or hospital staff. 2. The transfer of deed says it has to be filed before death. In my case the auditor allowed the filing after death since the deed had been signed and notarized before death. Thought it might be good to add to check what your County Auditor on this if you don’t get it filed before.
