Not possible to leave no stars. I order a hose on 7-26-20. Paid 22.99 for 2 day shipping. It’s now August 7 and still no package and tracking says it’s been at the same place since August 1st... will never do business with this company ever. Now my pool looks like a pond and I might as well close it up. I emailed everyone under the sun and they says they gave me a refund and still haven’t received that. The owner said he assured me a refund and my package that was 2 days ago

On July 22nd, 2020, I ordered a pool pump online from Wild West Pool Supplies. I paid extra money for two-day delivery. Total cost was $622.79. Four days later, I received a damaged pump which was delivered by the USPS. The pump had a crushed motor cover, a dented capacitor, a cracked wiring harness bracket, a broken pump support bracket, and damage to the housing unit (broken piece on the footer). I took pictures of the damaged pump and submitted them to the Wild West customer service email because there is no phone number listed on the Wild West website. Two days later, I received a response from "Angel" in the customer service department. "Angel" apologized and promised me a new pool pump would be delivered. However, it is now August 6th, and I have yet to receive it. On August 2nd, I followed up with an email to Angel informing that my pump had yet to arrive. I asked for a refund, but did not receive a response back. On August 3rd, I received an email from Carl, Director, Customer Service, thanking me for my order. I responded to Carl's email, explaining I had yet to receive the pump and asked for a refund. I have decided to contest this charge with my credit card company. Again, it is important to note that Wild West Pool Supplies does not list a telephone number on their website, so you can only reach them via email. Apparently, they chose to ignore difficult emails (e.g. crediting back a customer who received a damaged part). Use caution with this company.

First choice wasn’t available but replacement part fit like a glove!! Too easy

I have used Wild West to help me refurbish an older hot tub. Their parts selection was great especially as I looked for the older parts which were sometimes difficult to match. Their customer service has been very good and quick to respond. I highly recommend Wild West!
