Know What You’re Getting Into Like many of the reviews on this site, ordered an OEM filter for my spa and then was contacted that unfortunately the part was out of stock but they have an alternative just like it. I agreed and got the “Made in China” replacement. It is what it is, but since just a filter, figure it will work fine for a while. A well orchestrated bait and switch game…

The part ordered is not the part that arrived. Need to return and get the right part.

Probably not wise to be shipping a hazardous product in the mail with no protective packaging. Otherwise service was OK.

It was a nice valve but I ordered a 5" suction cover on the website and a 4 and7/8" cover came out. I called and was told to send a picture of the cover, label and box. Now I'm waiting for the 5" spa suction cover to be delivered.

Product arrived on time, however, the can was dented and had leaked inside the box. Based on the undamaged box, the can was dented and leaking before it shipped.

The part I ordered was listed but Obsolete so I got charged more money. If it’s obsolete then say so or redirect. Other than that all went well.

My purchase decisions are hugely dependent on shipping costs, so to find out after ordering that the S&H is going to be increased and all the communication, reprocessing, increase, etc. brought a negative slant to the purchase. Had I known, I would have purchased otherwise, but it's here now and we're up and running again.
