Ordered chlorine tabs, algaecide and two replacement filter cartridges from Wild West Pool Supplies and it all showed up in three days. Everything was name brand and cheaper than what my local pool store charges so opening the pool this spring went a lot smoother. I will be back for shock when I run low.

Poor service to refund item. Slow response, old system of RMA number to authorize return and pictures of item. It's been months and I returned quickly. RUN AND DO NOT Deal with Company. I think they use an answering service as quoted response time was 48hours. CO is based in AZ and service is in MA. You can file a consumer complaint in MA and AZ with Attorney General.

I ordered a pool epoxy kit from Wild West Pools on **July 9, 2026**. I received confirmation of the order, but after that—nothing. About a week later, I called to check on it and was told the product ships directly from the manufacturer and there was about a **three-week delay**. No problem. I understood and waited. More than a month later, after receiving **no shipping update, no delay notice, and no cancellation notice**, I called again on **August 17**. The customer service experience was terrible. The woman answering the phone did not identify herself or the company and twice simply answered, **“Can I help you?”** in an abrupt and rude manner. She looked up my order and told me, **“It’s been cancelled.”** No explanation. No apology. No concern that I had been waiting over five weeks. No explanation of whether Wild West Pools cancelled it, the manufacturer cancelled it, or there was some issue with the order. I asked only a few basic follow-up questions trying to understand what happened, and her attitude made it seem like I was inconveniencing her by asking. Delays happen. Inventory issues happen. Orders occasionally get cancelled. What is unacceptable is allowing a customer to wait more than a month without notifying them and then treating them poorly when they call to find out what happened. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and unfortunately the person answering the customer service phone does Wild West Pools no favors. **Five weeks later: no epoxy, no notification, and no real explanation.**

I ordered four valves and it took two weeks to receive them and when I did receive them, I only received two. I contacted the company and they were very difficult to deal with. They wanted pictures of the package and told me they’d get back to me in 2 to 4 days. I already was waiting two weeks for these valves and now they giving me a difficult time saying that they have to file a claim I would never purchase from this company again steer clear, and go purchase somewhere else.

Worst people I ever dealt with don’t waste your money they screw you around. I paid an extra $20 for a quicker shipping and I’m still waiting on my part a week later and I don’t know where it is. This company is a lowest rated company on earth I get them three zeros.

100% scam. Ordered a pool pump that showed in stock on May 1. PayPal processed the payment May 2. Status for the next 4 days showed "Awaiting Fulfillment." Tried calling but the number listed is disconnected. Email Support several times without any response. Used the chat feature to request status and was told it was out of stock. Asked for a refund and was told it was already refunded. Checked PayPal and it was not - provided proof to Wild West and was told it was a PayPal issue. PayPal verified that no refund had been processed.

Stay far away from this company. Ordered a part and asked paid for it to be expedite. 20 dollars more for that service. But I ordered the part on Friday and called Wednesday and the part did not ship yet. She told me that I paid for standard shipping. I pulled the order up on my end. I was correct. But she did not care and said she would cancel the order. I said I still need the part. But she did not care and cancel the order because I was not happy. I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager. I could not talk to anyone else. Vary rude and worthless. I will never deal with them again. They are running a shady company

This company sends spam to random people. I have never heard of this company, nor do I have a pool. But yet they are sending emails to my work email! I don't trust any company sending unsolicited emails to professional email addresses.
